There is some kind of arguments happened over middle of employees, that's not big issue, present movement thees kind of incidents common all over company, because all employees have higher pressure on their heads

wanted to work under her leadership but regional n local heads are behave like the owner of the company and treat employees like juniors .Very poor build region MP.

Poor Leadership No work life balance 9 to 6 boarding school feel like culture. Everyday three breaks are allowed for ten min. Only 2 time tea is allowed with token system. No proper training to make new employee understand how does brand works n what is expected from new joinee. Demeaning n defaming new team members despite of work experience of 15 yrs. I got dipress so decided to resign. I hope company HR n Leadership are there to improve such culture....Read More
