I worked at this company for 7.5 years, starting as an agent and resigning as a Team Lead. Kindly note that three years have passed, and I am still awaiting the settlement for 2022 incentive and yearly bonus. The company has a concerning practice of utilizing employees temporarily to fulfill their peak season requirements. Specifically, they hire personnel around September and October to handle the busy period from November to January and subsequently ramp down the workforce by mid-January. Despite reaching out via email to both the HR team and the company's owner, there has been no response from them. Furthermore, in the context of their chat support operations, the company engages in questionable practices. For instance, single individuals are compelled to manage multiple login IDs and handle three to four simultaneous chats, undermining client trust and transparency. While they generate substantial revenue, they fail to adequately compensate employees for their hard work and commitment. Please take this information into consideration as you evaluate better opportunities for a brighter and more fulfilling career. Thank you....Read More

After the peak season ended, they schedule a test and terminate you. Job security is bad why I am saying that is in the following time we get to know more process knowledge and improve a lot but you can't decide the person with the test.
