Salary comes on time. Rather than that there is nothing good about this company.

Dislikes

It's terrible. They will lure you by giving you good salary. No work life balance. 10 hours shift on weekdays and 11 hours shift on weekdays. You have to travel minimum 80 kms per day to find a lead in formals. You have to call 60 customers daily. They will listen to your call recording. You have to bring an extra phone. You can't cut a call. If you cut a call they will take a strict action. No job security. They can kick you any day, they just want sale. 15 days of training where you have to memorise a book of around 250 pages. Everyday they will take a test and after completing your test you have to go to Delhi head office. (there will be no buffer day between this last test. You have to attend office the next day of test. You can't take 2 days off. They will give you punishment. They will deduct your salary. Only 1 holiday allowed in 1 month. There will some holidays where you have to come to office. It's a lala company, just don't work here. For eg. you will earn 40k. There is no reimbursement of any type. Let's discuss what will be deducted from it. 15k petrol because you have to travel 100kms daily to find the lead. 2k your vehicle servicing, yes you have to get your vehicle serviced every month. Recharge of company number. No job security you can be replaced in 15 days. They will treat you like a road side animal. There is no fixed working or lunch time. Because of this company I was not able to celebrate by brothers wedding because they don't approve for PL. There is not single positive about this company but there are 1000 negatives about this company. The reviews with the 5 star are not true, please don't join this company....Read More

Fraud Alert – Stay Away! This company exploits both employees and clients. They manipulate salaries, offer fake promises, and cut payments without consent. When questioned, they respond aggressively instead of addressing concerns. Their entire model is based on deception and dishonesty. Do not trust them!
