There's not much to like. Worst culture, completely non-employer friendly organization. If you like to coast through work without doing anything, this is a place to be.But then, you still have to login and log out 9 hours each day.

Everything about working here. One of the worst company culture-wise in India. The management doesn't know what they want, shifting priorities on a daily basis.

This company has not good tops management. They just don't think about employee problems. There top management employees treating lower employees as disposals. They fire normal employees as they are not valuable
There top management and hr work behaviour

Good manager but salary is low there is growth in the company but it takes 4 years to became department manager with salary 20000 they are conducting exam once 6 months I have learned many things
The salary is low with him ge work but they are giving incentives while the store target is achieved
Work timings: Flexible Timings
Giving each individual responsible for their own work and tremendous pressure at the same moment with too many followups in short gaps with uneven works allocated.
Salary increments were very poor when compared to standards.
Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
Nothing
Humongous work pressure. Zero work life balance. You have to to everything, from handling operations, to hiring new candidates, to train them, to hiring new vendors. You are expected to work 14 hours a day. Should not join this job
Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
Job security.
5-10% appraisal. Even in IJP it does not go beyond 15%. No good opportunities. Biasness. Increment less than inflation. Less employee welfare and engagement
