Local plant management is worst, Not support to employees who is working honestly, also plant inchage involved in such corruption with same vender, it's clear that Plant management working to protect vender from any debit in there bill and also force to employees to do this, corporate management is also not taking any action on this

Company written HR Policy. Based on your performance you will get increment in between 8-10-12% of your CTC. C-OFF policy for doing work on holiday. Night duty compensation.

PLI policy is not desirable. PLI is calculated for FY, but you will get it approx 6 month later. If you leave organisation before declaration of PLI, you will not be eligible for this, though you serve more than a Year.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is gaming arcade for Chilling. Appraisals are fair.
