No salary hike/ increments even if you get A* rating which is the highest 30% salary is parked for performance linked incentive, but despite working really hard and achieving targets company can back step into not giving the PLI. No 360 degree feedback, your manager can decide your fate per his wishes but one cannot share feedback on their reporting manager. No support from head of operations always he puts his view no space for SM to explore and he takes credit for others work.and timeline is deadly even on your off days no peace of mind and We can't give time to family on our single day off due to hectic con calls and follow up.no proper induction for SM or CSA just OJT no class room.and on OJT xyz are busy in their own additional task and new joinee is confused and no proper training and development.any company will give proper T&D before deployment and HOTO with proper documentation and from a recognised member not just send to store without any concern person and struggle each and every time.and store staff are blind in any aspects....Read More

Absolutely disastrous decisions taken by management They take non sense decision and make life of employees hell and then blame it on employees Shuts the business and make employees resign forcefully. RandomDecision taken by management without taking feedback from ground level or mid Level employee No long term plan.. They keep on changing plan every week You can never trust
