Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

Worst HR Culture, If you have God Father /Mother in a Bigger role in reliance then you will enjoy working here in Reliance irrespective of your position, you work or not no body has a power to tell you anything. The rehiring policy is terrible, they don't value your experience outside reliance. Coming to SLP part there are some (notall) retired army people working in corporate but still have mindset of Army and trying running a corporate company like army. They still loved to be called as Cornel, Major ect. That is why they are misbehaving with civilians and don't hesitate giving example of Army in every meeting. This is very dangerous for corporate world.
