AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I JUST GET 2 TIMES TRAINING ONE AFTER OTHER THAT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE .....
SALARY/APPRAISAL WAS VERY POOR THEY TREAT US LIKE WE OUR BELOW THE LEVEL PEOPLE AND I DIDN'T SEEM A GOOD CAREER GROWTH.
THE WORK AT RENAULT IS QUITE HECTIC AT ALL THE TIMES IT'S JUST MAY BE OF POOR MANAGEMENT I DON'T KNOW PRACTICALLY, BUT THERE ALWAYS A PRESSURE THAT KEEP BUGGING YOU ALL THE TIME.
