The work culture, flexible time and always some problems to challenge and overcome. The dynamic approach helps people to learn a lot .

Dislikes

Salary never used to come on time. The HR team is pathetic. The whole hr system is a failure.

I had to work directly with top management which was demanding but it gives you a good insight about the business and pushes you to learn . They always gave priority to work unlike other typical companies who measure the time you spend in front of laptop.
