Firstly i would like to say the work culture rentomojo have is totally amazing. Each and every person in management team is jubilant and having great leadership.

We can see a lot of people having dislikes about their companies as far as i have been working with rentomojo I haven't found anything match to dislike opinion.

It is unfortunate that raising our voice can result in personal losses, such as being targeted or having the team changed. It seems like we have been part of the chat team since its inception, but unfortunately, there have been no chances for personal development or career advancement, even though we have been putting in our best effort at work. The only positive aspect of this company is that we receive our salary on time. Other than that, there is nothing else that I like about it.

Work is the only activity that will be conducted, and no leave will be provided. We must request leave one month in advance, and strict timings will be enforced with no breaks allowed for personal needs.

Rntomojo has a very good culture compared to a lot of startups. It's a good place to start your career, and there are so many things to learn. helps to learn many things in a shorter period.
