Work life balance i think in this company no one is thinking about their life too. Yes this opinion can be different from person to person but it's true. Problem is you come 9:30 Am but u cannot leave office 6:30 u have to submit the work which is a sign to u which is a lot even if u skip ur lunch still that work is not going to finish then u had to go home and finish it.
