1. Staying late culture is awarded here. It does not matter if you are actually working or not, just lurk around and act you are doing stuff. 2. Managers have no clue what they're working on, few of them does not even know what "AI" actually is and whether it is being used in their project or not. One guy legit thinks that there is an "AI Model" being used in normal analytics project and they proudly use "AI" whenever wherever they can it's just a buzzword for them. 3. And these so called "Managers" are the people who report to the CEO who himself is clueless, guy thinks he is building the next "Google" by being a cheap copy of consulting firms. 4. Faking work for every client by manipulating stuff is a normal practice here. 5. Other positive reviews you see here or on the glassdoor are written by HR themselves. Notice how all the positive reviews are written on the same day, nothing suspicious at all ? Even faking reviews at this point how pathetic ! 6.
