no one will force regarding the work.
there is lot of things need to discuss.
1- poor HR management : if any thing ask about the salary breakups they simply giving replying it is RMSI policy as like as LIC policy. offer letter and payslip has lot of variation but they didn't bother about that.
2- they do not know how to manage the people.
3- Always they are thinking about the productivity they do not bother about quality.
4-while going and leaving the office every employee is thinking whether they are doing job / cheap labour work.
5- they will not give any incentives, night allowances, food coupons if any employee ask to HR regarding this their response it is RMSI policy no one can do any thing.
