Lots of, but I will tell only about the major ones. Pay is low, you work like a labor. HR is manipulative, tricking you into working for less than asked pay. Brings scams like Performance incentive, that doesn't exist. Retention bonus, which is not bonus but your 2K of your salary given to you after a year. For writers, the workis not good. no growth here. no investment on employee upskilling. Hr changes policies as per their convenience. no set policy. don't join this company....Read More
