Good work life balance, tremendous job stability. Compensation is on the lower side compared to competition. Pune office has a great work culture.

Dislikes

The work culture at Noida and Sahibabad office is not exactly great. People have a nature to sabotage. Sahibabad office has a work culture which involves working for extended hours, often without any breaks. No recreational facilities. Basic pantry, little to no indoor sport facilities.

Work Details

Pretty much balanced work life if you are organised. Flexible holidays. Vaccinations seldom get rejected. Flexible work hours.

You will need to travel to the site most of the time. The hybrid work policy only applies to those working from the office. There will be no compensation for working on Saturdays and Sundays if you are at a customer location. Additionally, if you work on Saturdays and Sundays for an extended period, you will not receive compensatory time off.

It all depends on your reporting manager If he's is good hearted this is the best company to work Unfortunately mine was bit unfortunate so I had terrible work experience Mechanical work is limited they focus on your growth but it's just for show off all thay care is work not employee development

No incriment from last 2 years no variable and that variable they are giving this year in October as our incriment so no growth from last 3 years No employee growth mindset just fouces on quick work done Heavly blame culture Terriable experience If you do join it's good for 2-3 years that's it leave this company after 3 years
