Company is decent, but growth is slow. The WORK pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 - 14 hours straight in a day because it's have only two shifts as 12 -12 hours and mai reason that I am contractor based production engineer at this company... So for contractual based persons not suitable it's company
