Lala type company no job security 12 hours hard duty and old ager seniors they will treat you like slave. And if you ask for holiday then they will start counting of your balance work. Weekly off you will got so hardly.

Old agers company old thinking people's they will hate you young guys.if you can't complete your task they will start shouting in front of contractors. No personal respect. Seniors misguided to owner. Negative feedback to you.
