This company doesn't have any system to work. The HR is involved in every departmental meetings. They interfare in your internal issues, they interfare in your personal issues. There is no any senior person in HR department. The whole company is operated by a untrained lady who doesn't know, how to run an organization. She interfares in every matters of yours, whether its personal or official. Overall this company is not a place where a person can feel cool. Every time you will feel insecure about your job.
