If you are working in other vertical except sales it’s best. Other people like operating, product and marketing have no specific pressure. Chill life and base salary is same as sales person. Incentives are good.

Dislikes

1. In south they speaks in regional language in office. Groupism among Tamil people. 2. Base salary is really, need to achieve all target to get incentives which is decent enough.

Specifically I'm speaking about the WEBER business. The management system totally based on the decision of National Sales Head of WEBER Mr. Kapil. And the language he speaks if the sales target couldn't achieved is the worst and very abusive. And after everything the concerned Sales Person's salary also gets on hold for the particular month as well. There are many things to dislike. The management associate program is not structured well. They randomly place you in a business and ask to increase sales. You will be placed as a Category/Product/Sales manager after completing one year stint in three projects. The payment structure is not very well designed. For example they pay you 1 Lac per month and expect you to deliver work that would pay you 2-3 lacs. This is just an example, almost all the employees face the same issues until 4-5 years of joining. I have seen that people who joined in this program 7-8 years ago are still in managerial roles like sales and business development and not heading any particular department or any Leadership role , that they lure you about during college placement ppt or during interview. They shift you from one business to another in the name of growth within organization but it's not how it is. You'll be stuck doing same thing across different businesses....Read More
