Major dislikes is Micro management by TL operations and National head manufacturing operations, Aged / expired machineries, incompetent & Toxic TL Operations, Favouritism & Unfair Salary. Company culture getting detoriated because of toxic behaviour of TL operations, very poor compensation structure - Zero hike for grow with in position growths.
