Salary is below market standard while work expected is of two senior personnel. Forecasting still done manually while other departments have analytical tools doing work for them with no bar on stocks. Step-motherly treatment for selected departments. Regular travel but you get below par hotels since prices have risen steeply. System is designed in a way that people would be forced to skip reimbursement since each and everything has to be put in manually wasting huge man-hours.
