Work culture has deprived in past few years. Work life balance is lost totally as no matter your designation you can always find yourself and other immediate colleagues working in between holidays, week off, until late nights, totalling to more than 16+ work hours in a day. Remote/hybrid policy is basically useless, the manager won't allow you to take a complete week work from home even if you are struggling to manage your personal and professional life. The so called beautiful office in Hyderabad lacks basic amenities like a good ergonomic seat if you fail to come office early and office space can't accommodate all employees at once. If you are unable to book bus seat, then they are ok to give you WFH. for people working remotely or working in mumbai office, promotions were kept on hold as they have to either move to Hyderabad office space or say goodbye to promotions. I wish Sanofi had maintained their work culture else it won't take much time for the business to collapse as they are going to miss out on good talent. Regarding work hours, it's both flexible and not. You login at any time, you are still going to work for extra hours by the logout time....Read More

It had one of best culture, job security, skill development, work satisfaction, average salary package.

Dislikes

No promotion opportunity, currently going through transformation no one knew what's next step in transformation. Salary increment from last 4 years is minimal. Below par salary package. Skill development is zero . Don't even have training and development department anymore . Frequent changes in working environment. No clarity, whether Sanofi will continue its operations in India.
