Satya management is totally poor. Promotions will no given in the right time they did not give exposure to choose right path with your skill . If you think you learn something hear you are wrong. You just spend time you will get promoted if you do nothing hear you are a good employee if you are a hard worker do something better in your life you are in wrong place.

It is not NBFC-MFI company but, political hub, operations team is over ruling all the departments, there is no process and policy if it comes to business, poor work life balance, company wants you to work 24/7and even on Sundays.

Nothing is good at Satya, you can get a good increment but you should be working 350 days out of 365

There is all sunday, Saturday opening for work even they open on gazzeted holiday. So terrible work life balance. Also there is so called talented supervisor who rejected 1 day sick leave without proper remark many times. I think this 3,4 lines is better explanation about company culture.

Ome of the horrible work culture, we were forced to work for 14 -18 hours per day and even on sunday and other government holidays without any extra pay. They believe that employees are alive only to work for the company and they need to forget about your personal life.
