The organization is an international non governments working over 90 countries over the globe, and for Sudan is located in Alfashir the capital of North Darfur State, where the remote areas is there. With Save the children I have worked as Administrative and Finance Assistance for Tawilla office for more than 3 years and repetitive child protection policy.
Save children respect the employment policy
For working environment, I have been working with collaboration with other colleagues to help Save the children to do it's activities in some remote areas.
What I do not like the way of employees uprasial, I do not if it improved but it didn't give the real evaluations
No value of employee in save the children, Less increment in salary, fraud to the employee. We are working for incentive if we achieved then they changed our incentive plan from good to bad. The work pressure is very high.
Excellent working environment, how ever due to stoppage in working permit by the Govt. was a problem and questioned a job security. I supported well to liaison with the relevant stakeholders. Hope it will meet a success very soon
It is a mission-based organization rather than profit-based organization, i like to work towards a goal that helps people but it doesnt mean that i dont want a living wage to own things in my life Which it gice me agood salary
It's a team working here to achieve the assigned goal. A rare place, where there is no boss and no bad words. You have your freedom to work as you like. What they want is the work, Te management is upto you.
This is an organisation where we get equal opportunity and when we work in ngo it’s very important that you should aware about the cause. I willingly say we get good support and guidance from our Seniors
