There is no job security in your position and I do not the work culture there.and the work environment is not conduvice to growth and they one keep you at your peak performance during a month after that it’s as if you have done nothing for them additionally they don’t increase your salary after a year and if someone bother you they don’t take action moreover they don’t show respect for past employees.
