To be honest nothing. I made a wrong decision if joining. For freshers it will be good

Delay in salary, No proper computers and other device to work. All outdated software etc. People here are a pathatic reason why you should not join.

I got full exposure to work on front as there is no sufficient team hence I tackled all work pressure alone.

Poor managment, inter office terrible politics, no work standards & worst work culture, zero job security, poor technical expertise, salary delayed by 2 to 3 months & part payments after that, terminates the employee all of sudden without prior intimation, terminated about 120 people in single day from all 4 Indian branches in 2017,client are not satisfied with company work, takes money from clients & not finishes the jobs, also services & treatment provided to clients are of substandard quality, many employees registered court cases against company for not doing full & final settlements.....Overall cheating company...Read More

Not fit for Architects. No development and exposure. It's demanded without exposure you should know everything. Architects are treated as mere draftsman and no coordination. Not good for Building design. Matters turn worse in Design Build as term are dictated by Site ppl. And less qualified Project managers.
