Hi Team, I know we're a startup and budget is tight, but it would be awesome if we could do something small to celebrate festivals like Diwali and Durga Puja with the family and friends. Seeing friends get bonuses at their companies during these times makes us feel a little down. Even a small box of sweets or a token bonus would really mean a lot to us. Maybe we could adjust our annual hike by a tiny bit (like 1-2%) to cover this? Just a thought! Thanks,...Read More

No increment even if you work 11 to 12 hours per day which you will. Company is running solely based on 1 project. They don't have clients at all. The work pressure is high and huge level of politics. If you are planning to get in here. Just don't. They'll kick you out with a lame excuse after your work is done. 2 teams are there. My team has 1 good project which you will be no part of. Another team has small projects and no pay and huge politics. Directors are good and knowledgeable. But the teams are pathetic....Read More

Salary is always on time. Most of the time you won't have work pressure but some times the work pressure will be way too high. Managers, directors have good behavior they atleast listen to your problem and try to give some solution (most of the time). Learning opportunity is good.
