Do not value employee. They treat they as slaves telling them to work 24*7 with no good salary hike. They keep hiring freshers as no experienced person can stay in such pathetic atmosphere. This company uses deprecated technology so no growth. Better to wait for good opportunity than joining this company

If you are an experienced person joining this company then for sure you wont like the work . The management hierarchy is worst. Taking leaves is not encouraged here, one of.my colleague required 10days of leave from earned leave but they made that person work, only allowing the person to take 3days of leave and this is something really worst. If u take leave on friday and monday it will be sandwiched leave and instead of 2days it will be counted as 4days of leave.
