Filter reviews byeveryone in the company are very helpful. If the hr is good then they definitely listen to the employees and take necessary step to help them. Salary is always on time. Even the directors are very helpful if your request is genuine. If you are send to client side they pay you with short term relocation.
More facilities should be provided. No on-job training for freshers, so both freshers and senior folks struggle, no appraisal until you ask for it. Notice period is too long.

If you are an experienced person joining this company then for sure you wont like the work . The management hierarchy is worst. Taking leaves is not encouraged here, one of.my colleague required 10days of leave from earned leave but they made that person work, only allowing the person to take 3days of leave and this is something really worst. If u take leave on friday and monday it will be sandwiched leave and instead of 2days it will be counted as 4days of leave.
