I have work in SGS since 5 years.there have a good culture and management are also good. SGS will also ancrage & motivated the all employees to time to time🙂.

I have no any looking the seen to dislike in SGS .the all guys also know the live the life is not easy so hardwork is the key of success

Good organisation. Social trainings will be given regularly.

Increments will surprise you badly.. Technical trainings and knowledge sharing will be missing. Those who exit and re-enter will get good hike whereas those who stays for long will be disappointed..

Nothing to like ... Some things were there but since the management changed everything has been screwed up.

Almost everything is disliking here .. Managers are not supportive. Internal politics are so much annoying that no body would like to stay even for a year.

favouritism is in FBT department. Few of the people don't have knowledge billing area and they are appointed as TL. and senior team members are working under TL.

If any fresher is looking for job and basic salary then its good for starting.

Sgs dont have work life balance, they will say initially working days are monday to Friday, but the manager and team leads forced the junior to come on Saturday also, amd too much discrimination, too much politics, account manager dont know how to behave, and doing fraud with clients and condidates by forging the resumes internallyto get the submission target. And working hours is 9 hours but they will force you to work more than 9 hours, if u leave office at correct time then also manager will do the politics, u will only get the incentive in every 3 months. Conpany also has a Bond policy of 50000, so if any employee want to resign then manager and Hr will say to give 50000 and also u will not get the salary of notice period but u have to serve the notice period compulsary,...Read More
