Worst food arrangements(tight budget leading to worst canteen service as heads thing people health is not important than money and even they suffer but never demands better food ).Time based targets and no work life balance. There no much culture which can be notable. Benifit Things are limited to head office . Food is worst and thefood required to energise people who work at wind machinary is not at all ok. Last minute communication and do or die pressure due to delay in approvals(a lot of approvals). Delay in decision making . Centralise sources without proper communication which can be hard to reach for material during requirements. Department knowledge transfer for newbies or new joining persons is not available except free online material. If company can't provide proper food atleast charge to employees and give healthy food . Also HR joining process are fast but when leaving you will see a lot of delay in closure ( they will take at least few months to year). More than work there are only pretending....Read More

01. HR hired you to saying that you on company payroll. And they will hire you on Fix time contract ( one year, it will extend your performance basis) 02. Medical insurance coverage amount is very low in suzlon. ( It will be minimum 3 lakh ) 03. HR team is not supporting to give you you medicals insurance policy document and otherdetails. ( After joining they are not responding) 04. Payment of reimbursement ( you need to apply on online portal and will be get to several approval )...Read More

Good place to work but you have manage both site and office work load well. Management and work culture is cooperative and always motivating. Those who like to travel and do site work field and interest in electrical, electronics with mechanical touch-Suzlon is good place to work.

Don't get appraisal as much we expect & Salary is low level compare to other limited firms.And food quality is not Good . Job In timming is fix but Out timming not Fix all depend to error and WTG starting time.
