Nothing to like about shadowfax, the work culture is pathetic and I think HR department is the worst here as they don't hire people by verifying their knowledge and experience about logistics and basics like excel and mail composing here

Less Salary , Dirty Warehouses , No Cafeteria Available , No Tea Coffee Machine Available , No Refrigerator and Microwave Oven Available, No Medical Policy available, if you need medical Facilities you have to pay from your Salary, No Annual Bonus , Washrooms are also Very Dirty , They do not provide Laptop employee have to purchaseown . There is no proper work life balance, no culture, no ethics. The company's processes aren't streamlined. They don't have the basic tech which are existing in the logistics company. Everything is manual work over here. The whole company is relied on gsheets. There are no proper shifts, the alluring thing over here is they offer managerial position which we think is great and get to join and there is nothing of that kind here. There is no learning, nothing over here. If you are in good organization and getting some less salary stay over there because you will loose your peace if you join this company. Management not employee friendly No salary appraisal Day night working Early morning dispatch They won't pay our salary mentioning that we didn't serve the notice period even though they hire employees in our position without any prior information... And put pip on us such a worst utilising the employee and throw after all benefits and hire new employees... Same things with happens with the new employees also ...
