1. Management decision makings are delayed, being corporate no one is ready to take any responsibility on their own 2. Substandard contractors are hired & are expected to deliver premier finish 3. The contracts team works as per their fancies n not as per project requirements 4. HR policies differ based on individuals n not uniform to all 5. Job Security is good compared to other companies or even other sectors. Life will be comfortable for bachelors as the company provides accomodation, travel, house help etc.

Work Environment is becoming poor due to nepotism and favouritism culture. Salary is poor compared to market. Growth is poor for even the GETs/PGMTs as the management doesn't give promotion timely. Most of the Engineers and Managers aren't good with Technical Skills which doesn't make the work interesting. Most of the task becomes mundane and non technical. Her unprofessional behavior, use of abusive language, and constant mistreatment of employees have led many talented individuals to leave the company. She creates a toxic atmosphere and treats employees in a way that makes working there unbearable. Would not recommend anyone to work under her leadership. If the company genuinely wants to retain employees and avoid damaging its reputation in the market, management must address this issue immediately. I strongly suggest the company speak directly with current and ex-employees individually to understand her behavior. She's very bad, and her actions are tarnishing the company’s image. Avoid working under her leadership.
