A small place , you start from scratch and you can reach upto maximum if given required amount of support and trainings

Dislikes

The worst thing I would say is low salary structure, no job security, impatient and unreal expectations from freshers. And sometimes poor behaviour from the senior people that may include your personal life and also impact work life balance

Top management doesn't respect different opinions and insights instead disrespects the one raising their concern for the morally right matter. The management is extremely money minded and would give attention to a child if they are doing donations. Students of girls hostel are constantly harrassed for fees of next semester 3 months in advance and the girls even get calls from the GHS office in midnight.
