Shoppers stop company is a well organizations company or is a good company or is there a lot to learn but it is difficult in places where for promotions they promote people by looking at their faces. Well, everything else is good, there is opportunity to move ahead, you just need to prepare yourself and need consistency.

Dislikes

As far as I have seen, there are opportunities to move ahead, even if you clear the exam, you are not allowed to move ahead in the interview. It may even ask you to give the exam. Rest of the culture and organizations is good, friendly and good looking.

The only good thing about the company is that they release the salary on the last working day of the month.

1. No work life balance. 2. Work pressure is tremendous, and the teams are extremely lean. 3. There is Little to no appreciation for the hard work employees put in. 4. Appraisals are terrible. 5. Toxic culture and politics. 6. Favouritism at its peak. Privileges are given to select few.
