It is really fantastic environment, culture and team support in 10i commerce services management, they are transparent and leads people to go on.

Dislikes

Their is nothing but they keep giving opportunities to the employee get settled if any failure noted.

Work Details

This job and company module is very interesting, I learnt many new things very easily as they have highly skillful management. I got a chance to work in multiple products with different team fellow where i delivered 100% satisfactory results.

Company dont have any process and higher management have internal politics. Specially manager are not qualified. Employees are not a trust worthy. They don't give appraisal and don't give incentives. Management is not transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there is no career growth. On the job training is not given to nee joinees.
