1.working environment is good.
2.Activities of all employee's held every months to motivate.
3.Many things to learn as a fresher.
4. 5 star ranking in safety concern.
5.Good pay to the employee.
I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most the time.

Enough opportunities of innovation and freedom to work are there. Company focus on research and development.

Dislikes

Executives of top management have no exposure. They are of low mentality. Men management is extremely poor. In fact there is no HR. They prefer pleasing work. Top executives are egoist.

About working at Shree Cement Ltd mostly I feel good and comfortable, but some of dislike that's there is no on job training, something guide step by step is pain some times.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have looking security and fire related job. And control staff, workers, truck drivers and local villagers and any type of nuisance and control theft.

As a fresher I lernt much more from the company, here management ready to take any new initiative which we submit ideas to them, i feel here gap between employees and management is very less so we can easy approach. Salary structure is so so for freshers.

Dislikes

HR is little bit of week here. Salary for new joiners or fresher is low side.
Environment is not much professionalised. Work in systematic way also be I missed here.

I have to work very hard & honestly but consultant fee was few.There was no residently facelites for retainer.

Terrible & Horrible . They ex polite people who work for them with very bad culture . They hardly bothered about emotions or feelings of any team mates .

Nothing is fare in this company , only miss commitments , exploitation & no values . They are only wants sales at any cost . I am not having words to explain , simply Terrible organisation & management .
