If you are done with your domain experience and now just want to settle down by doing 9-5 job with normaltesting work then this is a job for you. If you get into a good project and under a good manager, siemens is a very good place to work.. Work life balance and leanings depend upon the team and the project

Absolutely no hike linked with promotion as per policy. Apart from annual hike cycle expect no hike irrespective of promotions.. I had 2 dry promotions in 3 years with hardly any difference to the salary. Only the work and responsibilities increased.
