Can give good package if demand is high..but can ask you to leave any point of time if associate not needed any more.
Internal politics is very bad. 2-3 managers run the company , no one can go against them even if you r right. If people go against them they say you are spreading negativity in company and ask to leave on same day.

Joined as a senior software engineer. Company deducted my salary to 25 percent on the name of recession and they promised that they will repay the amouny after six months but that never happened. They were loosing the projects but they were giving time to employees to search a new job first and then resign. Teammates were good. No technical training. No conveyance. Flexible company. No politics at all.
They cheated me on the name of recession. I trusted them and supported them in their difficult time like other employees did but they did not value me.
Interview was tough but real work was nothing. I did minimum coding. But anyhow i dont repent.
Too much of politics,HR and Managers together keep warning the employee and never help in any of the personal and professional issues
Mandatory 9 hours of working and manual regularisation with manager approval weekly if not completed your hours.....who always warns to complete hours whether you have completed your work. Leaves are also very less compared to other companies
Hectic coz manager who approves th work don't have enough knowledge about the same. They become manager by buttering people
People can work if they will do buttering of the boss..And boss doesn't know what is work n how to do work but still provide his solutions to mess up...If you will not follow his instructions you will get warnings of termination.you cannot raise voice to Sr. management
