Management team of the company is very helpful by nature and also they are always available for resolve the queries. Overall I would say it's a good opportunity to work with Silver Touch.

Dislikes

I didn't find anything wrong. So for me I would say there is no reason to dislike it.

I actually experienced good while working with silver touch, my all queries gets resolved within few minutes. HR Management is very good.

About my experience, Most of projects in silver touch working on Govt. administration, all developer are contractual so that's there is no job security and no career growth & opportunities. At last, there is good opportunity for only beginners or freshers developers to take advantage of it.

Dislikes

For Contractual Employees, No appraisal, No career growth even working experience of many years.

I am working with silver touch for 2 years but there is no career growth and no opportunity to convert contractual to permanent employee. Instead of this there is an advantage to get more technical skills if any is self learner.
