Company uses employees as a machines. Not a good company to join and work. Management is not so good and they are using their employee. there is worst politics running in team and they are supporting the employee who are accept all worst situation and who don't looking their self respect.

Seniors are very supportive and helping. Working with team is very good.

Dislikes

Very poor management. No work life balance at all. You need to be available anytime including your leaves and weekends on very short notice. You need to cancel your personal plans. This happens very frequently. Almost alternate weekend is working weekend. Nothing to learn new in technology. No scope for invention.
