Many new Commers are joined in this company they don't know about family culture and they are badly forcing to do the task resulting employees are filling this treatment is not a part of family culture.

I really like to work here and working environment is good , employees are very helpful and friendly nature. I have been working here since last 5 years and I have learnt so many things from this company.
I have been working here since last 5 years but my salary never increase, most of times seniors and higher position employees salary increased but juniors and specially OTC department salary never increased.
