Only Part i can Dislike is on Compensation, In Foundever i have completed 4 years but still im not getting Good Hike or Promotion. Its Really disappointing me.

Foundever never let there agent leave that easily they try to keep as many of them they can.

Salary package is too low work is 4x the salary. It has been 3 years working here the increment is only 800 rs after being the agent if the year strange but yes true.. planning to leave the company after 31st December.

The transport facility is very good and the pay overtime and never let their employees in difficult times is very good in foundever.

The. Salary increment is the major issue because the old employee is not satisfied with the salary they are offering same salary as old employee getting after years of experience.

They do provide better benefits in terms of transport allowance food allowance. The office is clean and hygiene. They have better equipments to work such as headsets and good internet connection. Sitel gives high priority to there work.
Dislikes
The management doesn't give any growth to employees in long term. I would say it's a good place to start your career but looking forward in long term there is no hike or benefits.
