The atmosphere is dog eat dog and only those equipped to pander to whims and fancies of superiors survive comfortably. Independent thinking, creative approaches and different voices are actively discouraged

Dislikes

The pay and perquisites are excellent but this is more on account of the institution being a public financial institution rather than management largesse. It is not uncommon for management to execute vendettas against free thinking performers.
