No work life balance. Due to strict quality and safety procedures works often get stopped by QA QC and safety. Documenting procedure is too much

There is nothing to like in this company, it is just a fraud company which is playing with the trust of people , New people who want to join this company, I request you with folded hands not to join this company at all You will be tortured so much in this company that you will forget to sleep at night

HR Jitendra will call you from Pune and will trap you in his words, you will join the company after seeing its name but then you will be given real torture Project head Pradeep will make you work on the site for 24 hours. You will be given the post of manager but you will be made to work on the site like a site engineer. You will not be provided any help of machinery etc., you will just have to manage it with your own hands Even if the building has reached 24 floors, you will just have to climb up and go, these people will not install the passenger host and give it to you The machinery will get damaged and if your slab is not cast, these people will abuse your mother and sister. And the truth is that when your confirmation is about to happen, the HR here will go to your ID and enter your resignation and will accept it himself. Instead of joining this company, you can do a better job as a contractor, there salary is delayed but life is peaceful Those who are thinking that Sobha is a big company, my request to them is that your life will be wasted in this company, do not join it even by mistake. This company has a big name and nothing else. Work life balance is 0. Sundays also working full day. Compared to other companies salary packages are less. Too much pressure from management for execution but not giving proper resource from the beginning. Finally before hand over creates more pressure, need to stay at site till midnight 2_3am . *Salary in time, the company is great except for the sales team. *People are very nice and friendly except for sales. *Canteen food is homemade and superb. *Office is nice and has large cubicles for everyone except sales.

*Sales team is very bad. *High pressure and high stress environment. *Unrealistic goals set by sales heads and they yell all the time for not reaching the target or completing the goal. *Too many people in sales and very few projects to work on. *Other sales people will steal your clients so you have to be careful. No one will help you if someone steals your client. *Too much politics. *Many sales people including those in higher positions have romantic relationships within the team even if they are married. *They hire young and pretty girls so that they can have affairs. *No advantage for us guys since most people in higher positions have affairs. *Verbal abuse is very common. *0 work life balance. *Client is treated as God and employees are seen as useless. *Site offices have no place to sit on weekends....Read More

Terrible work culture,if u complete your work on time,unnecessarily non productive work will be given,just to keep u in site from 8:30 AM To 8:30 PM. assigning multiple task at the same time for the salary of 25000 with an hike of max 10% ( 2500) for the work of 12hr daily,Labour's are treated with respect than Engineers.this company says passion at work but treat employees as S/_a\/es at work.

The senior management is very helpful and inclusive in their approach towards employees. They are very encouraging and understanding. It is a pleasure to work in a corporate environment which has been created at Sobha over the years.

At some point you do see the favoritism aspect,which comes out as real .Having said this, it is still a great work culture and pleasure to work in sobha.
