Hi All, Need your suggestions / advice : I had joined an MNC 6 years back as Fresher with salary of 3.18 LPA. In last 6 years, got 2 promotions and currently working as Team Lead with 10LPA. I had to do everything on my own, the only part nice was the office space

Dislikes

- no guidance or direction - Gurgaon office is monopolised by a guy who has no degree - office politics to the core - the founders are rude and clueless as they're always in the other branch offices - biased behaviour - highly sexist - was made to work when I was sick and then blamed for older employees mistakes
