No skill development at all. Managers don't let you enroll for trainings. Pay disparity is at the extremes. You'll be getting 5 lpa and another person from a tier 1-2 college, sitting on the next bench, doing the same work as you, in your same team, with the same experience will be getting 3-4 times that amount. Promotions and appraisals and variable .. it's a performance based promotion.. and management is never happy with the performance.. so very rare chances for getting promoted.. amount of variable you will get is only 20-25% of variable.. that too depends on your annual performance.. don't expect more than 30%
