We work like a startup so its always a challenging environment to work as you have a lot of responsibility in hand as compared to a employee in a MNC which sometimes may get overwhelming but i personally believe this will pave for a better growth when you are in early stage of your career.

everything like they deduct salary every month, they are like utho or ghar jao without giving any prior notice. poor management they do nothing for their employees, no facilities provided by the management, and if you are sick they terminate you within a minute. Gurugram Phas-4 office culture is very toxic, They shift twice and thrice a day from an old building to a new building, and evenings they are like terminated employees because employees have not completed any task today. This company is jok... they play a human emotion that shit nothing else. Most of the employees are hospitalized because of toxic cultures including m. The funniest thing about the company is you serve PIP and notice period together after 3 months when your probation period is over. Only pro was that you'll get to work with a diverse group of people with backgrounds like Btech, Journalism and PHDs and all doing same inferior and crappy work. Either ways They'll also resign or get laid off by the organization and as usual they will continue their practice of mass hiring and misleadment.

Their entire process is misleading. They hire college students for Content writer and AI engineer roles and assign them bot like repetitive tasks with unachievable targets. Be aware as this is not a permanent job, most of their project end within 1 or 2 months. I personally worked here on three different projects and at the end of each one, they fires employees for baseless reasons. You can get terminated at any time. I have witnessed two mass firings where in total around 55 or 60 people were let go without any sensible reason. Don't trust this kind of organisation at all. You will be trapped with there words. The recruiter of such an pathetic organization could not even provide offer letter before hand. DO NOT TRUST THERE RECRUITER AT ALL. Being front face of organisation they don't know how to talk with candidates. They will play blame game with you. If you call them for the feedback they will tell you that this is unprofessional behaviour of yours and even they don't bother to give you feedback. Recruiter dont know end to end recruitment process. I am very thankful they have recalled my offer and I would have regretted my decision. This is a complete fraud of a company. Honestly, it's not even a company, it's more like a scammy little shop. Only the company's owner's friends and relatives are placed in higher positions, while the rest of the employees are treated like disposable trash. They will use you, squeeze out every bit of work, and then fire you withoutany reason. The HR acts like she is a prison warden, not someone who works in a company. She has no manners whatsoever and talks to people rudely. Honestly, I think the project manager is a mental case - seriously unstable. I think something is wrong with her, she does not look normal to me, she is really mentally ill. Also she has zero idea on how to manage anything. She couldn't manage a one-man parade, let alone a project. And the only reason she is even in this company and in this position because she is the CEO's fiancée. And don't even get me started on the salary - they never pay the full amount they promise in the offer letter. The pay you less, and if you dare ask about it, the management doesn't even respond properly - they just tell you to leave because that missing money is probably lining the pockets of those thief hiring managers. The owners of this company are Muslims and I felt like they discriminate against non-Muslims. When I was there, it was painfully obvious that they only appreciated their own and ignored everyone else. They celebrate their festivals to the fullest, while showing blatant disrespect for others.
