Very good work environment and teammates Specially leads,supportive management and transparent.supporting for work form home culture because of pendamic.also salary hike and bonus every year.helth care and insurance policy's also good.and lot of others activity to keep employ motivated,safe and healthy.

They are not allowed work to employ more then office hours.

In the starting i struggle, because of new culture and tools,but leads and teammate help me,and there were training session also I got,i learnt so many things. And now I enjoy my work.

All employees at Oktal are exceptionally good. There is no differentiation done. Every senior is truly helpful and is always there for you. Much to learn there.

Dislikes

Salary problems. We do get salary but never on time, especially when you are hired by consultancy. Have to keep going to HR every month for not releasing salary every month.
