Less package than market rate. Technology is bit old, they are transitioning. Work culture is a bit authoritative, not enjoyable environment, breaks and leisure time is noted. Very bad politics, most of the favourites are recognised even without proper management/technical skills, and they send out eligible candidates, who are not cooperating them.

Bad example for an IT company. No care for employees and no professionalism. More focus on internal politics and daily fire fighting. Too much of micro management.
